Your Growth Fitness Score (GFS) is derived from three observable signals — growth quality, retention quality, and efficiency quality. Built from internal data, operator input, and market signals. Normalised to a 0–5 scale, adjusted for stage and strategy.

Your GFS determines a controlled operating range — the growth rate your system can actually sustain. Not an arbitrary target, but a mathematically derived range. Grow within it and you scale efficiently. Push beyond it and the system degrades.

Fit is not a fixed point, it's a moving target. As you improve your system, your range expands. GrowFitt tracks your GFS over time so you can improve the system, expand the range, and align growth — quarter by quarter.

The Growth Fitness Score is not a survey or a consultant's opinion. It is a quantitative model trained and pressure-tested against the growth data of publicly listed companies worldwide — across the US, India, Europe, and beyond.

The model analyses how high-performing companies actually scale — what separates those that sustain growth over 8–12 quarters from those that break — and translates those patterns into a single, comparable score for your business.

Your GFS is then personalised to your stage, market, and GTM motion. A Series A company is not scored against a late-stage SaaS business. The model adapts to your context before it renders a verdict.

The financial and operating metrics you submit through GrowFitt are used solely to generate your Growth Fitness Score. We do not share, sell, licence, or expose your data to any third party — under any circumstances. No advertising platforms, no data brokers, no aggregated benchmarking without your explicit consent.

Encrypted in transit and at rest All data transmitted to and from GrowFitt is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Assessment inputs are processed in memory and never written to persistent storage.
Private, dedicated infrastructure GrowFitt does not run on shared public cloud infrastructure. Your assessment data is processed in an isolated serverless environment — not co-mingled with other companies' data.
Work email verification required Access to the Growth Advisor is gated behind verified work email authentication. We never accept personal email accounts — ensuring only authorised professionals access the platform.
No data retained after assessment Your inputs are used to compute your score and generate your report. They are not stored, logged, or retained once the assessment is complete. You can request deletion of any associated record at any time.
